1. How long does it normally take to receive my product?

After placing an order with Shieldepot, it will take 1-3 days for your order to process than 2-7 days for it to deliver. Please keep in mind, with the current climate that we are in, there may be unexpected delays. Please contact our customer service department to get an expected time of arrival for your product. 

2. Where do you ship from?

As our catalog increases, we work with vendors and manufacturers all over the country. Depending on your product of interest, we store and deliver them in a specific location. All warehouse and fulfillment centers are located within the United States and we deliver to all states. (Please contact us if you are inquiring from Hawaii or Alaska)

3. What are your store hours?

We operate 8AM-5PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. Please advise that we operate on the weekends as well but with a limited staff! Please feel free to message or email us in and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

4. How do I receive tracking information?

Once your product ships, you will receive an email from Shieldepot with a link that shows your tracking information. If you have not received an email notification with tracking information, please contact us. Note that it normally takes 1-3 days after your order is placed for your product is shipped. 

5. Will I receive a phone call before delivery? 

You will receive tracking information when your product ships and also a phone call from the freight service notifying you of the delivery. This phone call is usually a day or two prior to it being delivered to your home. (Please note that different products have different lead times. Please inquire within)

6. Where do your products come from? 

We solely base our company off of USA manufacturers! This way we ensure that your products get to your door as soon as possible, while supporting those who live in our country!

7. What is the best way to contact? 

We offer full assistance with live chats, phone calls and emails during the hours of operation. For all urgent matters please direct us with emails and/ or phone calls. Our Live chat is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST and our consultants typically respond in less than 15 minutes.

8. Never Received Your Item?

If you placed an order with Shieldepot and the tracking said it had arrived or has been past 12 days since your order with no update please reach out to support via phone (650) 488-7754 or email support@shieldepot.com. We will take all necessary actions to accommodate this inconvenience including communicating with the supplier, delivery company, and having another item shipped out to you if that is your desired resolution.
