Winchester's Slim Daddy Gun Safe SD-5932-27 is designed with 75 minutes of fire protection, a UL RSC Burglar label, and a 30 long gun capacity. This size is the sweet spot for most gun owners. It has outside dimensions of 59.00" high by 32.00" wide by 25.00" deep. Make sure to add 1.5" for the lock, handle, and hinges.
Winchester had the Slim Daddy Gun Safe SD-5932-27 tested for a proven 75-minute fire rating with an outside temperature up to 1400 degrees F. They also included as a standard feature the Palusol Heat expanding door seal which expands to over 6 times its size when subjected to heat that creates a barrier against heat and smoke. To achieve this fire rating, they use UL-rated fireboard protection in the ceiling, walls, and door. Let's talk about the burglary protection of the Winchester Slim Daddy Gun Safe SD-5932-27. It has passed the Residential Security Container (RSC) UL test and features the UL label on the door. It also exceeds the California Department of Justice requirements as well. To achieve these ratings and standards, the body is made with 12 gauge solid steel formed with robotic continuous welds.

They also include 14 - 1.25" solid steel locking bolts to help prevent pry attacks. There are 5 that are dead locking and 9 active bolts including bolts on the top and bottom of the door. There are pre-drilled mounting holes to bolt the safe to a solid surface. While Waiting...
If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately after so we can refund your original order.
- If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at support@shieldepot.com with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.

ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days after order has been shipped out.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature
upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange
a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of delivery and send photos to support@shieldepot.com We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of
receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
